v. You agree to allow Tucows to make a payment for a domain registration/renewal/transfer on your behalf. iv. Domain name conflicts. You acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of the following documents and that they may be amended from time to time, which are included in this Agreement and which are an integral part of this agreement: (A) The Uniform Domain Dispute Name Resolution Policy (“Dispute Policy”), available at: www.icann.org/dndr/udrp/policy.htm; (B) criteria and rules for settling dispute resolution restrictions (“RDRP”) are available at: www.icann.org/tlds/agreements/biz/registry-agmt-appm-27apr01.htm; (together the “dispute policy”). i. You agree to additional guidelines regarding the acceptable use of nic.nrw/die-nrw-domain/richtlinien/. The registrant retains full control of the domain name and its records and may suspend and reinstate the Whois Privacy Service at its sole discretion. iii.
Registration guidelines. You agree to be bound by the charter of the name of the register, its registration rules for .fr. Translations of the register documents into English are provided. Registration documents are available at: www.afnic.fr/en/resources/reference/registry-policies/. These include the “fr disuppte” directive, which is in www.afnic.fr/en/resources/reference/registry-policies/dispute-resolution-policy-5.html. You agree to keep us unscathed and unscathed in the event of a domain name dispute with third parties, in accordance with the conditions set by the registry or by a court. Domain .fi: in the case of a .fi record, the following terms and conditions apply: the applicant or declarant confirms that he or she has read and understood: (C) that the domain name is not registered and cannot at any time be used for illicit purposes; viii. If we are informed that a complaint has been filed with a judicial or administrative authority regarding the use of our domain name registration services, you agree not to change your domain name without our prior consent. We cannot allow you to make changes to such a domain name entry until (i) we are invited to do so by the judicial or administrative authority, or (ii) we will be informed by you and the other party who are challenging your registration and the use of our domain name registration services that the dispute has been resolved.
