19. STANDARD. ABONNAIST is late in this contract for: (a) non-payment of fees charged in the absence of fees, if payment is due, b) causes repeated, intentionally or negligently, warnings/bad alarms, c) non-compliance with other obligations arising from this agreement. After the failure of SUBSCRIBER, Advanced Security is authorized to terminate this contract ten (10) days after written request for payment by email or pere. In the event of non-payment of the agreement by subscribers, ABONNent Advanced Security must pay any compensation, including, but not limited, to damages liquidated within the meaning of paragraph 18. 31. ARREST WARRANT. SUBSCRIBER ensures and guarantees that the identity and contact information provided above is correct and that the ABONNent is 18 years of age or older and is otherwise competent and competent to conclude the contract. Alarm.com Incorporated (“Alarm.com”) has authorized Advanced Security to market and sell you “Alarm.com services” for your use with certain hardware and other products (“equipment”) that enable Alarm.com services. These Alarm.com (sections A1 to A10) are part of your legal agreement with Advanced Security. SUBSCRIBER acknowledges that they are not currently under contract with another monitoring company and believes that Advanced Security is not satisfied with all the resulting claims. SUBSCRIBER confirms that previous agreements have been denounced and that such an agreement will not be a means of terminating this agreement. SUBSCRIBER undertakes to pay all costs, legal fees, expenses, debts, losses, receivables, judgments and remedies in the event of violation of this agreement. E. If the ABONNa participant has ownership of others in the normal framework of the transaction or if the monitored system expands to protect the persons or property of others, the ABONNent agrees and will keep Advanced Security, its employees and agents for and against all claims of indirect, consecutive, incidental or punitive damages in the event that the owners of this property are not limited to a gain or loss.
